Hi, I’m Karl.

After suffering with chronic widespread pain for many years, I decided to make a commitment to myself.

And that was to start understanding my symptoms, trace back to the causes, and then make the necessary changes through a new mindset, habits, and behaviours.

I’ve experienced headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, low back pain, knee pain, heel pain, stubborn belly fat (that would not shift regardless of cardio and reduced calories), hormonal imbalances, poor attention span, and anxiety for many years.

After working with chiropractors on a weekly basis for several years, fasting daily (78 hours is my longest fast), and working with a counsellor for several years, I know how it feels to be broken and in pain with nowhere to go!
